Payment terms for specific projects are outlined in the relevant proposal or engagement letter. General terms include:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the applicable statutory rate.
• We reserve the right to pause work on a project if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment date.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Both parties acknowledge that in the course of a business relationship, confidential information may be shared. Each party agrees to:

• Not disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent.
• Use confidential information only for the purposes of the agreed engagement.

These confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
